Marmite Flavour Chocolate Egg
You either love it or hate it, but we can all agree this is pretty out there as far as flavours for chocolate eggs go. We’re not entirely sure how to feel about this, but if you do like the sound of a Marmite-flavoured chocolate egg, you’re unfortunately out of luck as it’s already sold out. Turns out the concept is more popular than you might expect!
You’d be forgiven for believing it can’t get more random than this; but just keep on reading…
The Cheester Egg
If chocolate isn’t your thing, then how about an Easter egg made entirely of cheese? These eggs first came out in 2019 and have been popular ever since. They come in two flavours; cheddar or Blacksticks Blue. What’s more is that they are spreadable for you to enjoy with the included oatcakes and chutney! Who said Easter eggs had to be made from chocolate?!
Pot Noodle Chocolate Egg
Another completely random contender in Easter Eggs from big name brands is Pot Noodle! Although the chocolate isn’t Pot Noodle-flavoured, the choices available are milk chocolate (see picture) or chilli chocolate, repping the Bombay Bad Boy Pot Noodle. An added (and compelling) bonus is that it comes with it’s very own Pot Noodle mug for you to enjoy!
Avocado Easter Egg
You’ve probably seen this one before; this egg was all over social media back in 2018 and became Waitrose’s faster-selling egg ever. Who’d have guessed an egg shaped like an avocado would be such a hit? Waitrose assures us that “while it looks like a giant avocado, that’s where the similarities end – it’s all chocolate here!”.
Eggstra Porky Easter Gift

Ok, *technically* this one shouldn’t be on the list as it’s not an Easter Egg. But at a first glance, you’d definitely be surprised! This “egg” is actually a jar filled with “awesome flavoured porky snacks”. The Snaffling Pig Co. felt there was a need for an Easter “treat for those of a savoury pork-based snack-loving persuasion… to save on the torment of enduring yet another chocolate Easter egg”.
