Yup- guys this one's for YOU!

This week is Men's Health Week and whether you're 15 or 115, there's stuff we all face occasionally that can be T.O.U.G.H. We'll be hearing from a range of voices this week, sharing tips, advice and helpful thoughts on how to navigate life as a guy and respond to some of the challenges out there!

Hi, I'm Jules. I'm a youth worker. And as part of that job, I sometimes help lead an anger management course.

And as blokes, I think we struggle particularly with anger, especially that spilling out into violence towards others: and hurting ourselves and hurting others is not okay, and I think deep down, we know that.

But anger itself can be a healthy thing and it needs expressing. Sometimes it's often something we're very passionate about on something we want to see justice on that makes us angry. But sometimes we need to vent those feelings in a way that doesn't hurt ourselves and others.

And for me, I can't think of a better way than picking up some drum sticks and playing the drums. Boom.
