Your brain needs CONFIDENCE!

#5 ways to look after your brain- make it confident!

Feeling the opposite of super confident right now? Well, here's some things that you can try:

Number One: Speak Good Stuff Over Yourself.

Imagine if you had someone walking next to you all day, saying negative stuff, "You're rubbish at this", "That was the stupid thing to do": you'd feel pretty rubbish, wouldn't you? But some of us let our minds pick holes in our confidence all day, every day.

Two: Power Pose, oh yeah!

This one does sound a little weird but research shows that how you hold yourself when sitting or standing influences how you feel. Standing with your arms folded? That makes you feel less confident: instead, try some power poses. Think Superman.

Number Three: Grow Your Confidence.

You know, confidence is a skill, just like any other, and in your teenage years, you're just starting to learn about all the amazing things that you can do. So, struggling with something big? Take smaller steps breaking a big skill into littler skills.

So don't talk yourself out of the big stuff: start small, work towards these things gradually, and you'll be amazed at what you can do.
