So its lockdown 3.0 and we're once again trying to find ways to cope with how limited life is right now. Here's Laura sharing how running has helped her through.

Hey, I'm Laura and this is what I do to keep my sanity when I'm locked in. There's a puddle, ah!

The joys of winter cross country running. So, I try get out once a day just to get some fresh air, to splash through the puddles. Just to kinda clear my head away from some home schooling, away from juggling work and having everyone at home. It's pretty boggy out here. I've got soaking wet feet, but its a good release. I just find that I'm being locked out, this has been what has worked for me. So, it rains a lot here, I mean its raining everywhere today. But wherever you are take your car keys, just get out and try and get some fresh air, if that's in the rain, bring an umbrella or if you're a nutter like me, and you put your trainers on and go for a run through the puddles. Take care.
