Ever lay in bed with a million thoughts running through your head? Well, this might help!

I'm gonna teach you guys something called the monkey journal.

Do you ever lay in bed and there's just a million thoughts racing through your head at the same time? This happens to all of us and there's a lot going on in the world.

So here's how you do the monkey journal. All you need is a piece of paper or a journal and something to write with. You just write down all your thoughts, everything in your head, even the things that you can't say out loud, write it all down on the page.

At the end, you can choose to keep it or to throw it away, but the point is just to get all those racing thoughts out of your head and onto the page so that you can get some good night's sleep.
